Information collected

A visit request may include your name, phone number, optional email, service category and details, promo code, consent record, referring page, and marketing campaign details included in the website link.

How it is used

Information is used to review the request, estimate travel, contact you, arrange and provide service, track marketing sources, prevent abuse, keep service and accounting records, and respond to questions about the request or completed service.

Service providers

Website hosting is provided through Cloudflare. Visit-request forms are processed by Formspree and delivered to the business's private inbox. Cloudflare and Formspree receive information only to host the website and process the form, or when disclosure is required by law.

Assigned technicians

If a visit is assigned to an authorized contract technician, the business shares the customer's name, contact details, confirmed service address, appointment window, and problem description for that visit. The technician may use that information only for the assigned work and related service records.

Passwords and sensitive details

Do not put passwords, passcodes, one-time codes, account recovery answers, full payment-card details, or unnecessary private information in the form. You enter your own passwords during on-site work.

Retention and choices

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for scheduling, service, security, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. You may ask whether the business holds your personal information, request access or correction, or withdraw consent where permitted by calling or texting 613-334-1039.

Safeguards and concerns

Access to visit requests and service records is restricted to the business owner and authorized people who need it for administration or an assigned visit. Privacy questions and complaints are handled by the business owner through the phone contact above. Security incidents are assessed, documented, and reported or communicated when required by applicable law.
