What to expect
Mileage is billed round trip from Bancroft. A minimum charge of one hour applies. After the first hour, labor is billed in increments of 15 minutes. Troubleshooting can reveal additional work, so a completion time is not guaranteed.
No payment is taken through this website. After service, payment is accepted by credit card, bank transfer, e-transfer, or QuickBooks invoice.
If a problem requires specialized repair, advanced data recovery, replacement parts, parts you purchase, or a second on-site person for safe work at heights, Bancroft Home Tech explains the requirement and obtains your approval before adding the cost.
